Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
The job description and preferred qualifications typically include the following:
System Configuration and Customization:
- Configure and customize SAP S/4 HANA modules related to supply chain - MM, PP, EWM.
Demand and Supply Planning:
- Design and implement demand planning, production planning, and scheduling, LTP, MRP processes.
- Monitor and manage supply plans, ensuring alignment with global demand requirements.
Data Management and Analysis:
- Systematically review SAP data and integrate with other applications
- Develop scenario-based analyses to evaluate options and create contingency plans.
- Design BI dashboards based on business needs and work with developer to deliver BI reports
System Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP planning solutions.
- Address system alerts and collaborate with production planners to resolve issues.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate status and recovery plans to business partners.
Minimum Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP MM, PP, EWM modules. Hand-on expeirence of APO, IBP is added advantage
Certifications:
- Relevant SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP MM or PP or EWM
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP modules, SQL, and data migration.
- Strong understanding of business processes and supply chain management.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
