Leads Saviynt IGA implementation and operations, including minor enhancements, solution design, application onboarding, access certification, L2/L3 support, incident resolution, documentation, automation, and service improvements. The role mentors security analysts, supports project updates, promotes Saviynt certifications, and participates in roster-based shift operations and cross-skilling across IAM services.
Role Summary:
The Lead Security Analyst should work as a technical SME/Lead for the Saviynt IGA solution, key delivery outcomes expected from this role are:
• Analyze requirements related to MINOR enhancements, solution design, implement, test and deploy
• Understand the solution architecture and design done by the engineering team for new business requirements. Clarify and transition seamlessly for Operations.
• Analyze and resolve L3, L2 tickets
• Application Onboarding – Standard pattern of applications leveraging out of the box connectors
• Access certification campaign – Configure and support access review and remediation process for connected and disconnected applications to improve adoption and compliance posture.
• Maintain knowledge repository – Runbook, Playbook, Architecture/Design and SOP documents
• Triage & resolve production incidents, restore the service availability within SLA targets
• Identity manual repetitive tasks, tickets, process gaps. Plan to automate, reduce ticket volumes and improve productivity and efficiency.
• Mentor and guide the Security analysts and associates skilled in Saviynt
• Flexible working in shifts as per roster rotation.
• Cross-skilling, Up-skilling in other IAM services under the scope of the Operations team
• Saviynt certification, Motivate the team members to complete the certification related to Saviynt
Beyond the above outcomes, driving continuous service improvements to automate the manual L1/1.5 tasks, Support Program, Project status updates with respect to the Saviynt operations workstream.
Requirements
Education Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree: BE degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Preferred
Years of Experience:
5-6 years of relevant Saviynt implementation and support experience.
Basic Qualifications:
• 8-12 years of experience in IGA solution (Saviynt). Other IGA solutions like SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager experience is acceptable, but Saviynt experience (minimum 5-6 years) is mandatory.
• Working in shift model as per roster rotation strategy
• Team collaboration, Effective communication
Technical Skills:
• Hands-on implementation & operations support experience in IGA (Saviynt). L2/L3 tickets, App Onboarding, Access certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Saviynt Implementation and Operations support experience.
• Java development experience
