Lead enterprise IAM transformation initiatives across customer identity, workforce identity governance, access management, SSO, and MFA. Architect scalable identity solutions, oversee provisioning and deprovisioning, enforce least privilege, align practices with compliance requirements, assess risks, support incident response, and drive automation and continuous improvement. Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security stakeholders while managing multiple strategic projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead IAM Transformation Initiatives
Drive strategic projects across Customer Identity Management, Workforce Identity/IGA, and Access Management/SSO to modernize and secure identity platforms.
Design and Implement Scalable Identity Solutions
Architect and deliver secure, enterprise-grade identity solutions that meet compliance and performance requirements.
Oversee Access Governance and Lifecycle Management
Ensure proper identity lifecycle processes (provisioning, de-provisioning, role management) and enforce least-privilege principles.
Manage Authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO)
Implement and optimize SSO and MFA solutions to enhance user experience while maintaining strong security controls.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
Work closely with application owners, infrastructure teams, and security stakeholders to integrate IAM solutions across the enterprise.
Policy and Compliance Alignment
Ensure IAM practices comply with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX) and internal security policies.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation
Identify identity-related risks and implement controls to minimize exposure.
Incident Response and Troubleshooting
Provide expert support for identity-related incidents and ensure timely resolution.
Continuous Improvement
Monitor IAM performance metrics and drive enhancements for scalability, automation, and user experience.
RequirementsBasic Qualifications
- 7+ years in Cyber Security with a focus on Identity & Access Management.
- Proven experience in implementing IAM solutions (Customer Identity, Workforce Identity/IGA, SSO).
- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms (e.g., Ping Identity, Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, Azure AD).
- 7+ years in Cyber Security with a focus on Identity & Access Management.
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific IAM certifications.
