About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and scale our Fresher Training Programs. This role will focus on building future-ready talent by blending technology training, behavioral development, and business readiness programs.
The ideal candidate is energetic, hands-on, and metrics-driven, with a proven track record of managing large-scale fresher cohorts, working with multiple stakeholders, and creating measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Design & Strategy
- Develop comprehensive Fresher Onboarding and Learning Journeys across technical, functional, and behavioral domains.
- Align programs with business priorities, emerging technologies, and client

Qualifications & Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on Fresher/Early Career Programs.
- Proven expertise in designing and scaling both technical and behavioral learning
- Strong program management, stakeholder management, and vendor management
- Experience in data-driven L&D delivery with ability to link learning effectiveness to business
