About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Learning Program Coordinator to support our team and partners in delivering impactful training experiences. This role will be responsible for scheduling training sessions (both in-person and virtual), supporting our ATP program manager in partner engagement, and coordinating training activities for our largest customers.

• Schedule and organize training sessions for internal teams, partners, and customers, including at large-scale events.
• Coordinate logistics for both virtual and in-person training, including calendar invites, session materials, and technical setup.
• Support program managers in engaging with partners and ensuring training needs are met.
• Serve as the main point of contact for training logistics, questions, and troubleshooting.
• Track attendance, gather feedback, and report on training effectiveness to inform data-driven improvements in learning programs.
• Maintain training calendars and ensure all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of training materials and session recordings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.

Required

• 2+ years in program coordination, event planning, or training operations (preferably in a tech or SaaS environment).
• Experience working with global, distributed teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools, virtual meeting platforms, and collaboration software.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or training analytics tools

Preferred

• Experience supporting large-scale training events or partner enablement programs.
• Familiarity with Atlassian products or similar collaboration tools.
