The Managed Services Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of managed services to clients. By effectively leading a team, managing client relationships, overseeing service delivery, and driving continuous improvement, the manager contributes to the growth and profitability of the organization's managed services department. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a customer-centric mindset to deliver exceptional service experiences and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide level 2 and 3 support for incidents and service requests in at least two of the following areas: Oracle FCCS (Required), PCMCS, EPBCS, and ARC (Preferred).
  • Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Ensure SLAs, quality standards, and contractual obligations are met, monitoring service metrics and taking corrective actions when needed.
  • Advise clients on new features, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes, automate tasks, and reduce service delivery costs.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, analyze trends, and develop strategies to improve service quality.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring service improvements, issue resolution, and contract compliance.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to strengthen client relationships and align services with client needs, identifying enhancement opportunities.
Preferences

10+ years of experience in administering and maintaining Oracle EPM Cloud systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience managing teams in managed services or IT services environments.

In-depth knowledge of managed services, SLAs, and ITIL frameworks.

ITIL or relevant certifications are a plus
