We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Manager, to join our diverse and dynamic team. The Accounts Payable Manager plays a pivotal role in managing our financial processes. As an Accounts Payable Manager, you'll oversee the efficient and accurate handling of our accounts payable functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading the accounts payable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Developing and implementing efficient accounts payable processes and procedures to streamline operations.
- Maintaining vendor relationships and resolving any issues or discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
- Overseeing month-end and year-end accounts payable closing processes.
- Discussing with other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable management or a similar role.
- Strong kNwledge of accounts payable processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
