Position Purpose:
The Manager – CEO’s Office will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, driving high-impact initiatives across finance, capital strategy, investor engagement, and corporate development. The role requires a strong background in Treasury, Investor Relations, and Due Diligence, with prior experience in consulting or a comparable industry peer. This individual will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making, capital allocation, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional execution of key business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & CEO Office Support

  • Act as a thought partner to the CEO on strategic, financial, and operational priorities.

  • Track and drive execution of key CEO-level initiatives across departments.

  • Perform variance analysis and trend analysis on SG&A and provide support in budgeting and forecasting process for reporting of SG&A.

  • Conduct financial and strategic analysis to support decision-making.

2. Treasury & Capital Management

  • Develop and maintain accurate short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting models and liquidity monitoring.

  • Monitor cash flow, debt covenants, and financing arrangements.

  • Respond to lender and credit agencies due diligence queries, including preparation and review of financial information, schedules, and reconciliations.

  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of lender reporting packages.

  • Support capital structure planning, liquidity management, and funding strategies.

3. Investor Relations

  • Support preparation of investor decks, earnings materials, and investor communication.

  • Financial performance analysis vs budget and prior periods.

  • Support ad-hoc investor queries with clear, data-backed responses

  • Support investor meetings, roadshows, and Q&A preparation.

  • Lead preparation of board materials, strategic reviews, and executive presentations

4. Due Diligence & Corporate Development

  • Lead financial and commercial due diligence for M&A, partnerships, and investments.

  • Coordinate with external advisors (consultants, auditors, legal counsel).

  • Build financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, comparables, transaction analysis).

  • Support integration planning and post-transaction tracking.

5. Cross-Functional Project Leadership

  • Lead special projects directly sponsored by the CEO.

  • Work closely with Finance, Strategy, Operations, and Legal teams.

  • Establish KPIs and tracking mechanisms for strategic initiatives.

  • Ability for a structured thinking (problem – Hypothesis – Analysis – Conclusion)

  • Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete data

  • Take accountability without waiting for instructions

  • Drive cross-functional follow-ups relentlessly

  • Ability to work under high pressure work environment

Knowledge:

  • Masters in Business Administration/CA/CFA equivalent

  • 3 to 5 years of experience

  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills

  • Exposure to capital markets and fundraising processes

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
