The Manager, Digital Transformation Enablement is a management role, responsible for playing a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of digital transformation programs.This role collaborates with various teams to promote the adoption and enablement of new technologies, processes, and strategies that drive organizational efficiency and innovation.
The Manager, Digital Transformation Enablement is responsible for leading and managing a digital transformation / information technology team fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on operational excellence.
What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with senior management/leadership to define and execute the digital transformation enablement strategy aligned with business goals and industry trends.
- Identifies opportunities for digital transformation initiatives that enhances operations, customer experiences, and competitiveness.
- Manages end-to-end execution of digital transformation projects, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet defined success criteria.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, operations, and finance, to drive alignment and adoption of digital initiatives.
- Promotes the adoption of new digital technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance business processes, productivity, and customer engagement.
- Develops change management strategies to guide teams through transitions during digital transformation projects.
- Provides guidance and support to employees to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and tools.
- Uses data analytics and performance metrics to measure the impact of digital initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Develops and delivers training programs to empower employees to effectively use new digital tools and technologies.
- Communicates project updates, benefits, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborates with external partners, vendors, and technology providers to leverage their expertise and resources.
- Identifies potential risks associated with digital transformation initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
- Identifies opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation to enhance the effectiveness of digital initiatives.

- Advanced understanding of business strategy and the ability to align digital transformation efforts with organizational goals is vital.
- Advanced ability to use data and analytics to make informed decisions, track the progress of digital initiatives, and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with executives, department heads, and other stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for digital transformation efforts.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-specific regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices related to digital transformation.

- High ethical standards and integrity, particularly when handling sensitive data and managing organizational change.

- Project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives and ensure timely execution

- Passion for driving innovation and helping teams embrace digital transformation
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in relevant areas, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Digital Transformation Professional (CDTP), are advantageous.
- SIAM – Service Integration and Management Foundation would be advantageous.
Required Experience:
- Advanced proven experience in a similar role within a global Information Technology organization.
- Advanced proven experience in facilitating digital transformation initiatives, technology adoption, or change management within an Information Technology environment.
- Advanced experience in successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and driving adoption across an organization is imperative.
- Advanced proven leadership experience related to digital transformation, change management, or technology adoption.
- Advanced proven experience in leading and managing a digital transformation / information technology team.
- Advanced demonstrated experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
