As a Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be a key member of our FP&A team, providing critical financial insights and support to drive business performance. Your role will involve turning complex data into actionable insights, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our FP&A processes and tools.

Responsibilities
  • Drive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for assigned business areas, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Develop financial models and analyses to enhance performance management and drive business growth.
  • Prepare high-quality management presentations, translating complex financial data into clear, executive-level materials.
  • Collaborate with finance and business teams, challenging assumptions and contributing to sound decision-making processes.
  • Simplify and automate FP&A processes, leveraging modern tools and technologies for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Utilize data visualization and AI-enabled solutions to enhance the quality and impact of financial analysis.
Qualifications

You Have

  • Master's degree in finance, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field is required with minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, business control, or consulting is essential.
  • Strong quantitative skills, with expertise in financial analysis, modelling, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience with modern analytical tools, automation, and AI-enabled solutions in finance is preferred.
  • Independent and structured work style, with a collaborative mindset and a global perspective.
  • Hands-on approach, able to quickly identify issues and develop practical solutions. 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • A passion for financial planning and analysis, with a commitment to professional growth and development.
