The Independent Assessment and Modernization team within the IRRA Program Office is seeking a Manager to oversee Review Enablement and Independent Data Procurement activities in support of IRRA Reviews. This role is responsible for managing a team of Analysts and Data Analysts, ensuring high-quality execution of data procurement, data-driven testing, and enablement initiatives that advance IRRA review capabilities.

This role partners closely with U.S.-based leadership, including Independent Data Procurement and Review Enablement teams, to deliver scalable, high-quality, and review-ready data and analytics. The Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy in day-to-day execution, with accountability for delivery quality, team development, and adherence to IRRA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Delivery & Execution Oversight

Oversee end-to-end data procurement and review enablement activities for IRRA Reviews, including data sourcing, validation, testing, and delivery of analytical outputs.

Ensure outputs meet IRRA standards for quality, documentation, independence, and regulatory defensibility.

Partner with Review Enablement and Review teams to align data, analytics, and system-driven testing approaches with review methodologies and testing approaches.

Oversee execution of data-driven and automated testing approaches, ensuring consistency and scalability across reviews.

Monitor and manage timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple concurrent initiatives, escalating issues as appropriate.

Identify data limitations, dependencies, and risks across evolving enterprise data environments and ensure appropriate escalation and mitigation.

People Leadership & Project Management

Directly manage and develop a team of Analysts and Lead Analysts, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and accountable team environment.

Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure consistent application of IRRA standards and methodologies.

Support hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning activities in alignment with organizational priorities.

Drive skill development across the team, including data analytics, system-driven testing, and risk-based review practices.

Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across global teams.

Support governance, documentation, and audit readiness of data and testing outputs.

Ensure adherence to U.S. Bank Policies, risk management frameworks, and applicable laws and regulations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Eight or more years of relevant professional experience in data analytics, risk management, compliance, audit, or related disciplines (including team leadership or oversight responsibilities).

  • Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring teams and managing delivery in complex environments.

Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Strong experience in data analysis, data sourcing, and problem-solving in complex or regulated environments.
  • Solid understanding of financial services, regulatory expectations, and risk management frameworks.
  • Advanced knowledge of business line operations, products, systems, and associated risks. Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, SAS, Python, or visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI) preferred.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive execution across multiple initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
