Onboarding of Customers & processing all Customer Instructions
Responsibilities- Execution with full understanding on KYC / AML / Negative list guidelines. Managing Volumes to ensure higher productivity, Control on process and compliance adherence.
- Customer deliverables are met as per SLA. Review and show consistent improvement in customer delivery.
- Resolution of all customer complaints within TAT and doing RCA for non-recurrence. Review vendor for optimum productivity. Filing of regularly returns / MIS on time. Improvement in TAT, FTR will be key achievement.
- Job additionally involves review and support on clean-up operations and ensure prospective good data gets into system. All judgmental activity is done at CPC with thorough knowledge.
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience: 5 to 10 years
