Lead and manage month/quarter-end accounting workflows, reconcile accounts, run and analyze reports from multiple systems, document procedures, support financial reporting integrity, and drive Lean process improvements while communicating daily with stateside partners.

* Plan workflows for all deliverables in advance of month/ quarter end.
* Reconcile various accounts and promptly research and correcting any variances.
* Run and correlate reports from various systems. Analyze and report interrelations hips of financial information.
* Document procedures and processes.
* Reconcile various accounts, or reviewing reconciliation s prepared by others, and promptly researching and correcting any variances.
