Partner with the best
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will support the execution and activation of global marketing campaigns. You will be key in developing, analyzing and optimizing best-in-class marketing. You will leverage Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other MarTech tools like Integrate, 6sense, etc.
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting Global and Growth Marketing email campaigns by advising on data health, audience segmentation, and strategy.
- Developing, maintaining, and optimizing scalable, automated campaigns to attract, engage and nurture customers and prospects.
- Creating an informed, decision making environment through KPI/metric analysis, identifying trends/opportunities, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Supporting data integrity and data management workflows, including list management, data ingestion, and system integrations.
- Enabling and educating the global marketing team by developing engaging documentation and training materials
- Troubleshooting issues, providing insight, and resolving platform-related challenges (e.g. data discrepancies, monitoring system performance, etc.).
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 2-4 years of relevant marketing automation experience (e.g., Marketo, Marketing Cloud) and a Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrate excellent marketing automation capabilities including nurture program creation, email marketing, event programs, and quality assurance.
- Have experience in successfully utilizing marketing technology tools that integrate with MA Platforms (Marketo and/or Marketing Cloud)
- Be process oriented with excellent technical, analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Be adept in juggling multiple projects and prioritizing tasks based on business priorities
- Be a self-starter who operates with a sense of urgency, critical thought and resourcefulness
- Have the ability to think outside the box and present ideas that question the status quo
- Embrace, operate, and innovate in an ambiguous environment and methodically articulate/document processes, while driving results.
