The Role

Sprinto is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Ops Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and managing our marketing operations, helping with seamless execution of marketing campaigns, analysing performance data, and implementing improvements. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities along with strong technical skills and a passion for driving marketing efficiency and effectiveness. 

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Operations Management: Develop, finesse, and optimize our marketing processes and workflows for peak performance. Captain the ship of marketing technologies and tools, ensuring they're shipshape and ready for action. Navigate the seas of lead management, including scoring, routing, and nurturing, to keep our sails full.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Dive into the data depths, collecting, analyzing, and reporting on marketing performance across the seven seas of channels and campaigns. Uncover hidden treasures of insights and recommendations to guide our marketing adventures. Chart our course with dashboards and regular performance reports to keep us on course.

  • Campaign Optimization: Plot courses with the marketing crew to plan, execute, and fine-tune our marketing campaigns. Set sail on A/B testing and other experiments to discover the buried treasure of best practices and improve campaign performance. Keep a keen eye on the stars of key metrics to steer our campaigns toward success.

  • Marketing Technology and Automation: Be the master of our marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring they're firing on all cannons. Guard the treasure of data integrity and accuracy within our CRM and other marketing systems. Hoist the sails of our marketing technology stack to support our grand adventures.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Work hand-in-hand with our marketing crew and other teams to test hypotheses and chart new courses. Act as the compass, guiding our coordinated efforts with various teams within the department.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience sailing the marketing seas, preferably in marketing operations or analytics.
  • A proven track record navigating marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • A treasure map of strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in navigating marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tableau.
  • Technical skills as sharp as a cutlass, including proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
  • Communication skills as clear and powerful as a ship's bell ringing through the fog.
  • The ability to weather the storm of a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects with ease.
  • Certifications in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) are like hidden treasures waiting to be discovered.
  • People management experience is a plus.
