Position Summary:
The Manager – Marketing operations is responsible for end-to-end management of campaign operations and lead processing workflows and should have strong experience in campaign and lead process management. The Manager should be able to efficiently align projects to people and leverage individual strengths and capabilities to contribute to the overall success of both project and people. This position has the scope to learn/strengthen expertise in areas related to data quality and Marketing automation.
Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities):
70% [Primary Function]
- Manage end-end Marketing Campaigns in Salesforce CRM
- Project manage Marketing workflows such as campaign list match, Imports, Sales assignment, List Pull, List Suppression, Lead processing, lead validation using web research, etc.,
- Take care of daily production allocation, provide support and guidance to the team in processing daily tickets, engage with stakeholders to get clarification of requests as needed, QA project output and workflows to ensure accuracy
- Handle and resolve stakeholder escalations and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth functioning of the business.
- Work along with the team on Adhoc requests and analysis related to campaign/lead data, identify methodologies to execute the requests and summarize the analysis output to stakeholders.
- Drive daily tasks to successful completion and maintain high levels of productivity, utilization, TAT & accuracy metrics for the team. Maintain daily productivity and performance metrics reports.
- Train and guide the team to analyze huge volumes of data, identify data patterns and evaluate alternatives to solve problems using SQL, Snowflakes and MS Excel.
- Coach, mentor and develop the team to foster a highly spirited work environment.
- Exposure to Marketing automation projects using any Marketing automation tool (Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) is preferable.
- Keep abreast of new Salesforce and marketing automation features and functionalities for successful project implementation.

- Ensure strong knowledge management through facilitating process training, and by maintaining updated process documentation and guides.
- Effectively transition new projects/processes as per business requirements. Partner with the extended marketing operations team and stakeholders in US to define new processes and execution methodologies appropriate for the business.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to assess and improve KPIs and metrics.
- Initiate projects to improve and optimize the functioning of campaign and lead processing workflows.
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor in any stream. Post-graduation in Business management/Marketing/leadership preferable.
- 12+ years’ experience in Marketing operations with strong understanding of Marketing Campaign and lead processing workflows.
- Good understanding of business processes and experience in operations management, preferably Marketing operations.
- Proven expertise in project management, stakeholder management and team management.
- Proven abilities in training, coaching and mentoring team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of US healthcare care industry is preferable.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Campaign operations management using Salesforce CRM.
- Exposure to Marketing automation tools such as Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing cloud.
- Intermediate/advanced MS Excel and MS SQL skills with good hands-on experience is mandatory.
- Strong reporting skills to monitor, analyze and improve KPIs and metrics.
- Experience in data validation using web research.
