What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will serve as the technical architect and force multiplier of our marketing execution ecosystem, directly influencing operational efficiency and eliminating work-about-work by deploying cutting-edge AI agents and automated workflows.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Serve as the platform steward for enterprise tools like Wrike and Jira, managing permission hierarchies, folder taxonomies, and custom metadata to maintain a single source of truth.

• Develop and deploy AI agents and advanced automation rules to streamline status updates, task assignments, and content routing.

• Build and maintain low-code or no-code integrations via tools like Zapier or Workato to seamlessly connect the marketing technology stack.

• Translate complex project data into automated dashboards that track team velocity, resource capacity, and overall project health for leadership.

• Draft documentation, establish standard operating procedures, and onboard new hires to ensure total adoption of PMO governance standards.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Project Management, or Business Systems within a fast-paced enterprise environment.

• Advanced proficiency in work management tools such as Wrike or Jira, including custom item types and blueprint automation.

• Proven ability to translate manual, disconnected workflows into clean, automated digital processes using triggers and conditional routing.

• Strong communication skills with a track record of conveying technical system details clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Points For:

• Practical experience leveraging AI agents and Large Language Models to automate administrative overhead and optimize assignments.

• Hands-on familiarity with low-code automation platforms like Zapier, Workato, or Make.

• Deep understanding of various corporate marketing workflows and campaign planning timelines.
