RESPONSIBILITIES
● Develop innovative and reliable solutions that fulfil specifications.
● Design 3D models and prepare definition files for products, prototypes and test means.
● Prepare a technical file to justify choice of concept and solutions.
● Build 2D drawing with functional dimensions according to ISO standard.
● Build tolerance stack-up and optimize dimensioning.
● Define and identify functional and critical characteristics.
● Apply CAD methodologies and deliver CAD data that pass Q-Checker.
● Manage Product definition file into the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) database.

KEY COMPETENCES (Transversal/Professional)
● Must have Catia V5 hands on experience
● Good Knowledge of DFA AND Design of components inline with DFM requirements
● Good knowledge on GD&T and 1D stack-up calculation is necessary
● Experience in automotive industry
● Perform basic mechanical design calculations
● Apply standards/methodologies for arriving at robust design solutions

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
0-3 years of experience in Discipline Engineering activities in automotive or relevant industries.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Eagerness to learn and develop technical expertise.
