MGF Specialist

Should be adaptable to a fast-paced operational environment, willing to work permanent night shifts.
Should ensure accurate and timely updates in Transportation Management Systems (TMS), maintain data integrity, and comply with established SOPs and business guidelines.
Should demonstrate ownership in managing exceptions, including delays, missed pickups, delivery failures, appointment scheduling, and customer escalations.
Should be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless transportation execution.

Freight Brokerage Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing transportation services by connecting customers with carriers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and reliable movement of freight. The role involves load planning, carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, tracking, issue resolution, and delivering an excellent customer experience while meeting operational and service-level targets.
