Mid/Senior Software Engineer (Java, Angular)

Responsibilities
- Explore and evaluate technologies to advance our software as a service platform and grow our business
- Lead a team that will execute projects from beginning to end, including working with product management, gathering requirements, brainstorming solutions, building final applications and testing.
- Delegate tasks to team members matching their individual experience to the task to promote engagement, learning and probability of success.
- Supply practical technical guidance to your product manager partner to increase the odds of overall project success.
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they appear
- Escalate technical issues affecting activities outside of your team.
- Enforce community best practices and team SDLC guidelines
- Work with your QA lead partner to ensure the overall quality of project deliverables.
- Mentor more junior developers and encourage senior developers to mentor as well.
- Work closely with architects, and other teams to design and implement cross functional requirements
- Lead design and code reviews encouraging participation of your team members
- 4 to 10 years of software development / engineering experience
- BE or MS in Software Engineering or related discipline
- Experience with Programming Languages: Java ( Preferably 11+ )
- Experience with Frameworks: Spring boot
- Experience with Frameworks: Front End Technology : Angular ( Preferably 12+ Version )
- Experience with microservice development is a plus
- Experience in web application development
- Experience with non-relational databases like MongoDB is preferred
- Experience with IaaS & PaaS from Azure cloud
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
