We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant with 9–14 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, customization, integration, and technical architecture. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Plugin Development and XrmToolBox, along with a deep understanding of the Dynamics CRM platform, customization frameworks, and enterprise application development.

The role involves designing, developing, customizing, and supporting scalable Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that align with business requirements. You will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver robust and maintainable CRM solutions.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Develop and implement custom CRM plugins using C# and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
  • Create custom business logic, workflows, actions, and extensions to meet complex business requirements.
  • Use XrmToolBox extensively for CRM administration, development, data management, troubleshooting, and solution analysis.
  • Configure and customize entities, fields, relationships, forms, views, business rules, and security roles.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external applications using APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
  • Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • Troubleshoot performance, integration, plugin, workflow, and configuration-related issues.
  • Participate in solution architecture, technical design, code reviews, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure development follows Microsoft Dynamics 365 best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and performance considerations.
  • Support data migration, environment management, solution deployment, and production releases.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and provide technically feasible solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on Dynamics CRM development practices.
Must-Have Skills
  • 9–14 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Plugin Development using C# and Dynamics 365 SDK.
  • Extensive practical experience with XrmToolBox and its various tools for CRM development and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and customization capabilities.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics CRM development frameworks.
  • Experience developing custom workflows, actions, APIs, and business logic.
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse, entities, relationships, forms, views, and security models.
  • Experience with CRM integrations and REST/OData APIs.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
  • Experience working across multiple Dynamics CRM environments and managing solutions.
Good-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based CRM integrations.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, or other CRM modules.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with data migration and bulk data management.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

The ideal candidate is a technically strong Dynamics CRM professional who can independently handle complex development requirements, build reliable CRM extensions, troubleshoot challenging issues, and contribute to architectural decisions. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills are essential.
