Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled .NET Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft technologies, specifically C# and SQL, and will play a crucial role in leading software development projects while mentoring junior developers. Experience with RabbitMQ and Python is a plus.
Software Requirements:
- Proficient in C# for developing robust applications.
- Basic SQL knowledge for database interactions and queries.
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ for implementing messaging solutions.
- Python knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications using .NET technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical direction and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Technical Skills:
- Programming Languages: C#, SQL, Python (good to have)
- Frameworks/Technologies: .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET
- Messaging: RabbitMQ
- Databases: SQL Server, MySQL, or similar
- Development Tools: Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git
- Methodologies: Agile/Scrum
Experience:
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies, with a focus on .NET development.
- Proven experience leading software development projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Lead the development team in building high-quality software applications.
- Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Monitor and manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Microsoft technologies are a plus.
