The NSAW Analyst/Developer will design and develop reporting solutions, manage data schemas, and implement data governance within NSAW while collaborating with team members remotely.

Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) Analyst/Developer to join our team or on a 6 month contract or in a full time role. This individual will play a pivotal role in designing and developing a comprehensive NSAW solution. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Data Warehousing and/or NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, with the ability to develop advanced reporting solutions, understand complex data schemas, and collaborate effectively in a remote setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while aligning with our internal teams and stakeholders are a must.Key Responsibilities:
- Design Reporting Solutions: Design of the NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) solution to ensure it aligns with business needs and long-term scalability.
- Data Schema Management: Have an understanding of NetSuite schemas and be able to map business requirements into the appropriate schema within NSAW.
- Report and Dashboard Development: Develop, customize, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations within NSAW to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Data Governance: Implement best practices for data governance, ensuring that data integrity and security standards are met.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for NSAW-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the project.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of the architecture, processes, and workflows.
- 3+ years of Data Warehouse experience.
- Must have experience with NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW), including designing solutions.
- Must have strong experience with OAC and OBIEE or other reporting tools.
- Expertise in data modeling and understanding complex data schemas within NetSuite.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions within NSAW.
- Strong SQL skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and tools to ensure proper data integration across platforms.
- Proven track record of working in remote teams and delivering solutions for enterprise-level projects.
- Strong experience with business analysis - gathering requirements and creating documentation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a consulting or contract role preferred.
- Ability to work in a flexible time zone to accommodate overlap with the onshore team.
- Familiarity with offshore project management practices and tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle BI
- Knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules and how they integrate with NSAW.
