The Position

This role is key in fostering business success through product innovation, strategic customer engagement, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. As an individual contributor, you will promote medical value, identify market opportunities, and support sales team objectives by sharing insights and fostering collaboration. Though not a direct team management role, this position requires leadership influence in guiding and supporting the team to achieve shared goals reliably and efficiently.

The Opportunity: 1. Commercial Strategy Execution
  • Implement national and regional strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs within assigned segments.

  • Partner with the sales team to deploy tactics, enhance customer engagements, and share critical market insights for improved results.

  • Support promotional and marketing program implementation, keeping customer needs and business goals in focus.

2. Customer and Market Engagement

  • Foster strong partnerships with key institutions, strategic customers, and stakeholders to increase market presence.

  • Provide input on pricing strategies and commercial terms based on market and customer insights, ensuring compliance with Roche standards.

  • Monitor market dynamics, customer trends, and competitive activities to identify threats and opportunities for growth.

3. Sales Operations Support

  • Contribute to opportunity mapping, planning, and accurate forecasting related to instrument placements and reagent sales.

  • Monitor and ensure accurate reporting of market and customer data using CRM systems and internal tools.

  • Act as a cross-functional link between internal teams to ensure seamless operations, customer satisfaction, and achievement of commercial goals.

4. Team Support and Collaboration

  • Guide and coach the sales team in applying strategic and consultative selling techniques to strengthen customer relationships.

  • Share insights and foster team collaboration, helping achieve shared targets and ensure consistency in customer value delivery.

  • Participate in and support process improvement initiatives and strategic projects.

5. Core Responsibilities

Who You Are
  • A minimum of 8–10 years’ professional experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare or diagnostics sector.

  • Strong background in customer relations management, with proven success driving sales and delivering value-driven solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a healthcare-related field, business administration, or similar discipline (MBA is a plus).

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (writing and speaking).

  • Strong project management and financial acumen.

  • Skills in coaching, mentoring, and fostering team collaboration.

  • Strategic commercial mindset with a results-oriented focus.

  • Ability to monitor market trends and make proactive adjustments to optimize opportunities.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

  • Self-motivation and exemplary organizational abilities to work autonomously and maintain alignment with team objectives.
