Nokia's Enterprise Applications team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Solution Architect specializing in O2C Finance. In this pivotal role, you will lead the functional design and evolution of our Order-to-Cash systems, directly impacting core Finance functions such as Billing, Credit Management, E-Invoicing, and Cash Collections. Your expertise will be crucial in architecting robust IT solutions that ensure seamless revenue realization from order intake through to cash collection. You will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into comprehensive functional specifications, and implement innovative solutions leveraging our SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscapes. This position demands a deep understanding of finance processes, strong technical knowledge, and a passion for driving efficiency through technology, including e-invoicing and advanced automation.
Responsibilities- Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end O2C finance solutions within SAP ECC and S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business strategy and IT architectural principles.
- Business Partnership: Partner with finance and business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization across the entire O2C cycle, from order management, billing, accounts receivable, credit management, to cash application.
- System Integration: Design and oversee the integration of O2C solutions with other enterprise systems and external platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and process execution.
- E-invoicing Expertise: Architect and implement e-invoicing solutions, ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements and optimizing the billing and collection process.
- Automation & Innovation: Drive the adoption of automation tools and AI/ML capabilities within the O2C domain, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and insights.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring solutions are built to high standards of quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation, including design documents, process flows, and configuration guides.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in solution design and implementation, proposing mitigation strategies.
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field with Minimum of 8+ years of experience in SAP finance modules, with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant in large-scale SAP implementations and transformations.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, specifically in SD for billing and FI-AR (Accounts Receivable).
- Mandatory experience with e-invoicing solutions and their integration within SAP. Experience with Document and Repository Compliance for e-invoicing.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-To-Have:
- Experience with the integration of SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) with SAP SD.
- Familiarity with automation tools and AI/ML concepts in the O2C space, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), machine learning for cash application, or predictive analytics for credit management.
