Job Description:
We are looking for 7 to 12 years experienced o9 Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of o9 solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the o9 cloud platform, its architecture, and the full implementation lifecycle, from requirement gathering to post-go-live support. This role requires expertise in IBPL, o9 configurability, and integration with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design o9 solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and best practices.
- Lead the o9 implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Develop and optimize IBPL (o9’s scripting language) for enhanced system performance and customization.
- Provide expert guidance on o9’s platform architecture, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise applications.
- Configure and customize o9 modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Control Tower.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to align o9 solutions with business processes.
- Ensure high-quality documentation, design standards, and adherence to best practices in o9 development and implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing system performance and reliability.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in architecting, implementing, and configuring o9 solutions.
- Expertise in IBPL, o9’s scripting language.
- Strong knowledge of o9’s platform architecture and customization options.
- Experience working with o9 modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP, S&OP, and Control Tower.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, data integration, and system performance optimization.
- Ability to design scalable, high-performance o9 solutions tailored to business needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in supply chain planning, analytics, or related fields is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms and enterprise architecture.
- Familiarity with data integration, APIs, and ETL processes within the o9 ecosystem
- Certification in o9 solutions is a plus.
