What You Will Do:

• Manage employee engagement initiatives and support retention activities.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure timely resolution.
• Track and analyse HR metrics such as attrition, and performance data.
• Coordinate performance management activities and support managers with feedback processes.
• Partner with business teams to understand workforce needs and support HR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and HR reports.
What You Will Need:

• Minimum 1 year experience in HR function .

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle employee interactions confidently.
• Good analytical ability and MS Excel/HR systems knowledge.
• Willingness to work in a full-time night shift.
Shift Timing: Night Shift (Mandatory)

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Master’s degree in human resources or related field
