What You'll Bring:
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in process improvement (Lean Six Sigma) and Project Management (Waterfall and Agile), with expertise and/or inclination on automation development. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification is a plus.
- Strong background with programming languages specifically – Python, SQL, and Visual Basic. RPA development skill is a plus.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Apps, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Impact You'll Make:
- Will report to and work with the Operational Excellence Consultant to implement process improvement opportunities across the organization.
- Main task is to develop, enhance, and maintain automation tools to support the Bureau Operations in their processes, including but not limited to file conversions, data quality, parsers, and database query management.
- Work directly with operations associates to understand the business requirements and streamline where needed
- Solve technical concerns regarding tool usage
- Work on other improvement projects as needed by the business
