In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to enhance the productivity of our delivery workforce by providing high-quality frameworks, tools & processes enabling strategy execution. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative delivery models to cultivate an environment that fuels global efficiency and promotes profitable growth.
What you will do:- Implement delivery models, frameworks, transformative ways of working to support global efficiency and profitable growth.- Performance management including monitoring, measuring, and analysing domain performance. Continuously drive efficiencies culture, automation, continuous improvements, and excellence in service delivery- Drive various operational reviews, Monthly Business Reviews/Governance across Business Units- Performance analysis and benchmarking across domains, units and related industries driving best practices- Managing ML, AI and automation for data analytics, to an existing service and driving actions through the delivery flows.- Adhere diligently to group, legal, financial directives, and data security and privacy- Work closely with senior stakeholders on high-impact initiatives/guidelines
The skills you bring:- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher - B.Tech/M.Tech and MBA (Preferred)- 5+ years of professional experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Automation, AI & Analytics across Telecom, IT and related domains- Skills: Strong storytelling, analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Tools- Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration Skills.- Data Analytics, Financial Acumen & AI/ML Concepts.
