Job Description

Role Responsibilities:-

  • Manages and coordinates the operational activities for assigned functional areas/regions.

  • Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all of the assigned internal and external customers.

  • Accomplishes results through the effective management of staff that may range from lower level non-exempt through exempt level professionals.

  • Administers corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Participates in the review and recommendation of operational systems and procedures affecting assigned units, coordinating system conversions from an operations perspective.

Competencies:-

  • Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by the assigned areas.

  • Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.

  • Thorough knowledge of applicable products, programs, financial analysis and related documentation as applicable.

  • Good organizational, managerial and project management skills.

  • Well-developed customer relations skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent supervisory and management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Microsoft Suite proficient.

  • Commercial loan documentation expertise.

  • Risk and control acumen.

  • Quality management and process/procedure discipline.

  • People leadership and coaching.

Job Description:-

  • Directly and through staff, manages and coordinates the operational activities for assigned functional area(s)/region(s). 

  • Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all assigned internal and external customers. 

  • Leads high performance teams of both entry level and skilled professionals by setting goals, providing ongoing feedback, measuring progress while recognizing success and building accountability with employees.

  • Oversees adherence to corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations within area of responsibility. 

  • Participates in the review and improvement of operational systems and procedures relevant to assigned units.

Basic Qualifications:-

  • Bachelors degree

  • 2-4yrs (leadership), 9-13yrs (overall)

Shift Timings:-

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST

Work Mode:-

5 days Work from Office
