Job Description

Role Responsibilities:-

  • Lead daily operations of the Collateral Processing team to ensure timely and accurate processing of collateral tasks throughout the life of loan.

  • Maintain operational procedures, service standards, and quality controls for collateral processing activities.

  • Support management reporting, control testing, and audits by ensuring adherence to established procedures.

  • Review reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Contribute to workflow improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.

  • Lead, coach, and develop team members; set goals, monitor productivity, and support performance management.

  • Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, staffing, and capacity planning.

Job Description:-

  • This position leads and manages the Collateral Processing team, providing clear direction, oversight, and accountability for daily operations including lien perfection, maintenance, and release functions for a wide variety of collateral types.

  • The Collateral Processing Manager is responsible for building and sustaining a high-performing team through the establishment of expectations, goal setting, and talent development supported by regular coaching, feedback, and recognition.

  • This role oversees multiple processes supporting collateral for commercial loans and ensuring adherence to established procedures and controls.

  • The Collateral Processing Manager drives workflow optimization, monitors performance, and resolves escalated issues.

  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong operational leadership, collateral expertise, and process improvement capabilities to drive efficiency and consistency.

  • Directly and through staff, manages and coordinates the operational activities for assigned functional areas/regions.

  • Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all assigned internal and external customers.  

  • Leads high performance teams of both entry level and skilled professionals by setting goals, providing ongoing feedback, measuring progress while recognizing success and building accountability with employees.

  • Oversees adherence to corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations within area of responsibility.  

  • Participates in the review and improvement of operational systems and procedures relevant to assigned units.

Basic Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 3+yrs of leadership experience and 8 years of overall experience.

Work Mode:-

5 days work from office

Shift Timings:-

11:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST
