Job Description

This role provides leadership for mortgage document indexing, lien release, and MERS assignment processing operations. The manager oversees teams responsible for indexing and classifying scanned and electronic loan documents across U.S. Bank systems, as well as teams performing lien release and MERS assignment data entry and first‑pass quality review. The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant processing that supports Data Capture workflows, maintains document and data integrity, and enables audit‑ready, state‑compliant lien release and assignment outcomes, with final validation completed by U.S. Bank

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Typically, Six to Ten years of total experience in Operational Activities

  • Two to Three years of relevant experience in Operations Manager or Team Management role

  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and MS Teams

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience managing mortgage document indexing and classification processes.

  • Hands-on experience with lien release processing and MERS assignments.

  • Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing, document imaging, and records management practices.

  • Experience with quality control, compliance, audit readiness, and risk management.

  • Good organizational, managerial and project management skills

  • Well-developed customer relations skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent supervisory and management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks

Work Mode: 5 Days in Office
