Oracle Fusion HCM - Techno Functional Consultant
• Senior Techno Functional Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Consultant with overall experience 6-8 Years
• Qualification: BE/BTech/MTech/MCA.
• Implementation experience in the areas of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM for various geographies globally (Core HCM, Absence Management, Performance and Goal Management) in addition to hands-on configuration skills, a good working knowledge of legislative, statutory requirements.
• Functional experience in HR operations – preboarding, on boarding, probation and exit management processes.
• Experience in integrations with other applications and experience in REST APIs. Experience in inbound and outbound integrations
• Technical experience in developing reports, analytics, and report schedulers.
• Experience in creating roles, expertise in assigning privileges in roles, experience in sand box – personalization and customizations, experience in EL expressions.
• Experience in Redwood and AI configurations.
• Minimum 4 to 5 projects implementation in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Experience in modules as follows:
o Profile Management
o Goal Setting and Performance Module
o Mid-Year Review
o End of year appraisal
o Probation Review
• Oracle Fusion HCM Certification preferred.
• Should have knowledge in OKR and BSC performance management model.
• Good Knowledge in OTBI Report & Workflow concepts
• Experienced in Business Processes Analysis, Gap Analysis, Solution Design, mapping project co-ordination activities, Key User training, UAT Sessions and team status review, steering committee meeting.
• Change Management
• Extensive experience in configuring Journeys, Infolets.
• Experienced in integrations with other modules like Oracle Fusion Cloud Modules, external systems (inbound and outbound) EBS HRMS & Financial modules.
• Proven experience in showcasing solutions to business, get their buy-in, sign off on project deliverables.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, esp. to handle critical support incidents.
• Excellent communication skills – oral, written.
• Interact with HR business leaders, teams and document requirements, arrive at solutions, implement solutions in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Analyze requirements, Gap analysis, Prepare BRD, arrive at solutions to be developed, implement and manage the end-to-end cycle.
• Support issues in Oracle Fusion HCM and address issues. Interact with Oracle directly for support, as needed.
• Design, test, deploy business processes and configurations.
• Provide functional input to technical consultant for loading data through spreadsheet loader and HDL.
• Personalize the Fusion application for business user experience through sandbox, showcase to business for production rollout.
• Co-ordination with current IT Team and prepare data migration strategy, production cut-over plan.
• Ensure end to end setup for Cloud HCM setup for conducting FP1, FP2, UAT and go live in staging as well as live instance. Engage with end users and lead workshops to define business requirements.
• Document solutions, processes and manage the knowledge across all members in the team through structured knowledge management.
• Work across multi-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Plan, monitor and report progress of all initiatives to business, management.
• Manage teams as needed.
• Be the go-to person for meeting all techno functional needs in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Ensure built solutions are scalable, secure and meet business needs, growth.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver effectively.
• Ensure proper change management.
• Design, Build, Manage integration from and to Oracle Fusion HCM, through REST APIs.
• Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and UAT.
