Lead Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations across O2C and PLM modules. Perform fit-gap analysis, configure applications, develop and execute functional and integration test cases, manage data migrations (FBDI/ADFDI), support SIT/UAT/CRP, troubleshoot workflows and customizations, coordinate with Oracle Support, and independently manage client interactions and deliver functional solutions.

- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion SCM/PLM.
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations across modules such as Order Management, Global Order Promising (GOP) , Channel Revenue Management, Order Orchestration, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and costing
- Perform fit‑gap analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, application configuration, testing, and user training.
- Manage the SCM track independently and conduct client-facing discussions, CRP, UAT, and SIT sessions.
- Configure workflows, troubleshoot issues, and support customization requirements across modules.
- Understand functional requirement documents and define the scope of testing.
- Develop Functional Test Cases and System Integration Test Cases, including interfaces from boundary systems such as EDI
- Perform SCM data upload/migration using FBDI & ADFDi templates.
- Support period‑end activities and coordinate issue resolutions via Oracle Support.
- Ensure end‑to‑end process coverage for O2C and PLM business cycles.
- Basic Knowledge of below business process cycles in Order to Cash/PLM along with costing and perform Functional Testing for:
- Order Creation & EDI Interfacing
- Order Orchestration
- Pricing Rules
- Groovy Scripting
- Channel Revenue Management
- Item/Catalog/Structure Creation
- Product Development & Product Hub
- Change, Quality & Innovation Management
- Exposure to Groovy scripting within Fusion.
- Experience with PLM processes including Product Hub, Change Management, and Innovation Management.
- Prior experience working with Oracle Support for issue resolution.
- Strong understanding of costing within PLM and O2C cycles.
- Must have strong Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP experience, specifically in SCM modules.
- Minimum implementation experience of two SCM Cloud projects.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP architecture.
- Hands-on experience in BPM workflows.
- Strong manual testing skills with experience in SIT/UAT support.
- Thorough knowledge of end‑to‑end O2C processes.
- Ability to independently interact with clients, capture requirements, and deliver functional solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
