Lead end-to-end HR Administration service delivery across multiple geographies and process towers, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, financial performance, and transformation outcomes.
- Accountable for end-to-end HR Admin service delivery across multiple geographies/markets.
- Own P&L accountability for the HR Admin tower, including headcount, attrition, and cost per transaction.
- Drive transformation initiatives through automation, AI deployment, and process re-engineering.
- Manage client stakeholder relationships at HR Director and VP levels.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and governance forums.
- Partner with Client Global Process Owners on process design and SLA frameworks.
- Develop and execute talent strategy for the HR Admin tower.
- Bachelor's degree (Graduate) in any discipline.
- MBA or Post-Graduate qualification preferred.
- Deep functional and configuration knowledge of Workday HCM.
- Program-level experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
