Keycafe is looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative based in Morocco to engage with potential customers across the United States and Canada, introducing them to the power of the Keycafe Smartbox.This role is ideal for someone who is results-driven, analytical, confident on the phone, and motivated to grow within a dynamic sales team.

In this role, you’ll:
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails and other means.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives to close deals.
  • Manage and nurture prospects from first contact through handoff.
  • Understand and explain Keycafe’s product benefits to address customer pain points.
  • Track and meet weekly/monthly outreach and booking goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategy.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar outbound sales role.
  • Excellent spoken and written English with minimal accent.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections professionally.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Tech-savvy with a curiosity about innovative B2B solutions (no technical background required, but a plus!).

Compensation:
  • Monthly base salary: 950 USD to 1050 USD.
  • Performance-based commission structure.
