We are looking for a highly motivated and growth-oriented Partner Growth Manager to build, manage, and expand strategic partnerships and alliances. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in partnership development, alliance management, business growth, and relationship management.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential partners, developing strategic alliances, and creating mutually beneficial opportunities that drive business growth. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen relationships, improve partner engagement, and maximize the value generated through the partner ecosystem.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders, and taking ownership of partnership initiatives from initial outreach through execution and long-term growth.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnership and alliance opportunities aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
  • Develop partnership strategies to drive business growth, revenue opportunities, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
  • Manage the complete partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, outreach, negotiations, onboarding, engagement, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Leadership, to execute partnership initiatives effectively.
  • Create and execute joint go-to-market strategies and growth plans with strategic partners.
  • Drive partner engagement through regular communication, meetings, business reviews, and collaborative initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner performance and develop strategies to maximize business outcomes.
  • Support commercial discussions, partnership negotiations, and agreement development.
  • Track and analyze partnership performance using relevant metrics and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on partnership activities, growth opportunities, and business impact.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify emerging partnership opportunities and industry trends.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new partners and provide ongoing support to strengthen relationships.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop scalable partnership and alliance programs.

  • Experience working with external stakeholders, strategic partners, clients, or business ecosystems.
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, startups, digital platforms, or high-growth organizations is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
