Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.
As Partner Solutions Architect for the Middle East and Africa region, you will be reporting to the Senior Director, Solutions Consulting and you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical leadership, influence, and guidance to our partner community with a focus on regional Telco, Service Providers, distribution and resellers.
- Assisting partners in building a robust practice with Zscaler, through the use of education, co-selling activities, partner labs, and service offering creation.
- Working closely with both Zscaler field teams and GSI, GSP, MSSP, and Velocity teams to drive engagement with strategic partners.
- Representing the voice of the partner to provide product feedback, enhancements, and integrations to product teams through participation in executive briefings, partner technical advisory boards, and early product access.
What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications):
- 10+ years of technical pre-sales, channel pre-sales, solutions architecture experience with a broad and deep understanding of security, networking, authentication, cloud and Internet fundamentals.
- Ability to drive the strategic technical relationship between Zscaler and partners and building technical champions that influence partner direction and positive business outcomes for our partners, Zscaler, and our joint customers.
- Strong understanding of how to navigate large and complex partner organizational structures and provide excellent communication and follow-up skills next to engaging interpersonal skills.
- Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science degree and/or equivalent work experience and a strong English language proficiency; additional Arabic language skills is highly desirable.
- The ability to understand and interpret organizational dynamics to engage with and positively influence key technology and enterprise architecture decision makers.
What Would Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with National Telecommunications Companies within MEA
- Experience managing executive-level relationships
- Proven and recurring success in a similar role working for a vendor or a partner.
