Role Overview:
The Partnership and Development Executive will be responsible for efficiently managing all
office administration, front desk operations, and supporting the organization’s fundraising
efforts. This includes presenting the organization to potential donors, building corporate
relationships, handling project reports, and supporting basic social media management.
• Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth working environment.
• Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries professionally.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, calls, letters).
• Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors.
• Manage meeting schedules and minutes.
• Approach corporate entities and potential donors to generate funding for the
organisation.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to introduce and promote the organisation’s mission
and projects.
• Build and maintain rapport with new and existing donors and corporate partners.
• Maintain a database of donors and track interactions.
• Collect and compile periodic reports from project sites.
• Ensure timely submission and documentation of project updates, impact stories, and
performance reports.
• Support in managing the organization’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram,
LinkedIn, etc.).
• Help create and schedule basic posts highlighting activities, achievements, and
fundraising campaigns.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a
related field Master’s degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in office administration, front desk management, fundraising,
or donor relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong presentation skills and confidence in engaging with corporate stakeholders.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content posting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication tools.
• Professional appearance and a positive, donor-service-oriented attitude.
