Payment Support Executive

• Be responsible for the accurate reporting of pending receivables
  
• Prepare, verify, and process invoices and credit notes in a timely and accurate manner
  
• Organise records of invoices, order forms, and payment trackers
  
• Maintain records of pending payments for all customers
  
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments
  
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and AR reports for income segregated by category
  
• Prepare periodic revenue forecast reports
  
• Ensure a high-quality invoicing and collection process that ensures a smooth collection process
  
• Assist in the account reconciliations, reporting, and annual audit when needed
  

• Qualification: B.Com or any bachelor's degree with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
  
• Must speak Hindi and English
  
• Proven work experience as a Revenue or Accounts Receivable executive
  
• Hands-on experience with accounting software, preferably Zoho Books
  
• Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel
  
• Excellent analytical skills, along with the ability to create and present detailed reports
  
• Ability to accurately process numerical data
  
• Team management and negotiation skills
  
• Problem-solving attitude
  
• Confidentiality
  
• Excellent customer handling skills
