IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Be responsible for
the accurate reporting of pending receivables
- Prepare, verify,
and process invoices and credit notes in a timely and accurate manner
- Organise records
of invoices, order forms, and payment trackers
- Maintain records
of pending payments for all customers
- Ensure timely
collection of customer payments
- Prepare daily,
weekly, and monthly revenue and AR reports for income segregated
by category
- Prepare periodic
revenue forecast reports
- Ensure a
high-quality invoicing and collection process that ensures a
smooth collection process
- Assist in the
account reconciliations, reporting, and annual audit when needed
Requirements
- Qualification:
B.Com or any bachelor's degree with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
- Must
speak Hindi and English
- Proven
work experience as a Revenue or Accounts Receivable executive
- Hands-on
experience with accounting software, preferably Zoho Books
- Familiarity
with advanced formulas in MS Excel
- Excellent
analytical skills, along with the ability to create and present
detailed reports
- Ability
to accurately process numerical data
- Team
management and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Confidentiality
- Excellent
customer handling skills
