THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Learning & Development team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for providing best-in-class, business-driven learning and development offerings for our people. As the Specialist/Senior Specialist, Learning Design, you will design and produce high-quality, specialized training solutions to maximize learning outcomes for Aritzia’s Academy. THE ROLE

As the Specialist/Senior Specialist, Learning Design, you will:

  • Support in selecting the most effective and engaging learning modalities to train our teams

  • Effectively apply innovative and brand-propelling design assets to increase the impact of training content, staying up to date with instructional design and adult learning trends

  • Apply instructional design to structure sequence learning experiences that guide learners toward achieving desired outcomes

  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring business objectives are met

  • Design, build, and continuously improve learning programs at the highest quality to support business objectives and achieve the intended experience for our Retail teams

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Specialist/Senior Specialist, Learning Design has:

  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable experience in Learning & Development

  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles

  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000-$100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed-upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
