The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join DevRev's People Ops (aka HR) team. Based in one of our three offices in India, this role will serve as a sounding board, coach, and counselor by being the primary partner for certain functional leaders and their teams globally. The ideal candidate will bring strong ability to see patterns, diagnose issues, and recommend and develop both immediate and long-term solutions and mechanisms to foster a positive and inclusive work culture. In addition, they will also bring HR technical expertise in atleast of the HR functional areas (talent management, total compensation, employee experience, learning & development etc.) in order to be able to design and implement HR solutions to achieve business success. 

This role will require you to roll up your sleeves and engage on a hands-on basis. High business acumen, emotional intelligence (EQ), manager coaching and written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience as a HRBP in the technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the dynamics of a sales organization, including incentive structures, performance metrics, and a results-oriented culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high EQ
  • Demonstrated HR business partnering experience supporting global executives/senior business leaders
  • Ability to build strong trusted working relationships and networks across all levels of the organization, including remotely.
  • Strong knowledge of global labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Data driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
