Role Summary

  • As People Partner, this role will be responsible for entire employee life cycle i.e onboarding to exit for assigned division. 
  • Work Location: Bengaluru & Chennai (Work from Office)

  •  No of Positions: 2 (1 Bengaluru & 1 Chennai)

  • Shift: US shift

Core Duties/Responsibilities

  • Responsible managing the HRBP, Operations & HR initiatives for the Bangalore/ Chennai location.

Skills, Capabilities and Attributes

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours:

  • Sound understanding of Human resources fundamentals, Proficiency on MS Office tools
  • Excellent Communication skills, Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, Proactive nature, Excellent interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to details, highly organized and good people skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on implementing Human Resources programs and practices for respective business unit(s)
  • Contribute towards designing initiatives aimed at enhancing Employee Experience Driving Engagement activities for specific BU as well as Bengaluru / Chennai location.
  • Working with respective Business leaders and HR Head for implementation of business Unit specific HR programs, employee connects
  • Work with the respective HR leads on Workforce analytics and designing interventions accordingly.
  • HR metrics tracking, analyzing, and reporting with SBU HR, business leaders, etc. as per requirement.
  • Support retention discussions, management and also facilitate towards proactive retention strategies.
  • Support quarterly Performance Management, Rewards, Engagement, Fun & CSR initiatives.   
  • Policy and Process implementation/ communication to the team members
  • Employee Relations - Issue/ Query resolution, grievance handling
  • Support various types of people issues, viz performance, absenteeism, behavioural, sensitivity, workplace harassment, diversity, POSH

Qualification / skills required:

  • Postgraduate in Human Resource Management, MBA(HR) from leading Institute

  • Looking 5 to 7 years of experience in similar role

  • Ready to work in Night (US) shift.
