This position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to detect and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal system functionality and reliability throughout the software lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify root causes of performance issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance engineering capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align performance objectives with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Splunk, Datadog.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and identify trends.
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting application performance in complex environments.
- Ability to work with software development and operations teams to optimize system performance.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools and methodologies.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dynatrace APM.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
