About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), General Manager of Transformation and the broader leadership team. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide day‑to‑day executive, administrative, and coordination support that enables effective planning, seamless operations, and strong team collaboration.
As the go‑to person within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment, you’ll help ensure our leaders can focus on strategic priorities by keeping activities running smoothly, efficiently, and confidently across the group.
This is a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover.
What you'll be doing
Manage Outlook inboxes, correspondence, and meeting requests with timely, proactive action.
Draft and edit communications, presentations, and materials on behalf of GMs.
Create external materials showcasing team initiatives for leadership forums.
Maintain action lists, team grids, SharePoint content, and support expense/invoice approvals.
Ensure compliance with travel processes and handle ad‑hoc administrative requests.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, conferences, and roadshows onsite and offsite.
Prepare agendas, minutes, action lists, and support workplace coordination for smooth operations.
What you'll bring
Exceptional organisation, forward‑planning abilities, strong initiative, and the capacity to work autonomously.
High levels of confidentiality, professionalism, business acumen, and confidence engaging across all stakeholder levels.
Friendly, approachable, collaborative team player with strong emotional intelligence and empathy.
Adaptable, comfortable managing changing priorities, and confident using MS Office with willingness to learn new systems.
Experience in a similar role, with experience supporting Technology executives highly regarded.
