We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable PGT Physics Teacher to inspire students in Grades XI and XII through conceptual, inquiry-based, and application-oriented learning. This role is ideal for educators with strong subject expertise, a commitment to academic excellence, and the ability to create an engaging classroom environment that fosters curiosity and critical thinking.

As a PGT Physics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction aligned with the CBSE curriculum, preparing students for Board examinations and competitive entrance tests, and encouraging scientific exploration through practical learning. You will collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching methodologies while supporting the holistic development of students.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging Physics lessons for Grades XI and XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
  • Design and implement lesson plans, curriculum schedules, assignments, worksheets, and assessments that promote conceptual understanding.
  • Conduct Physics laboratory sessions, ensuring adherence to safety standards and proper maintenance of laboratory records.
  • Evaluate student performance through formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback.
  • Prepare students for CBSE Board examinations and support competitive exam readiness where applicable.
  • Foster analytical thinking, scientific reasoning, and problem-solving skills through practical demonstrations and real-world applications.
  • Integrate digital learning tools, simulations, and technology to enhance classroom engagement.
  • Maintain accurate academic records and communicate student progress effectively with parents and guardians.
  • Participate in science exhibitions, academic events, clubs, and interdisciplinary learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve curriculum delivery, teaching strategies, and student outcomes.
  • Contribute to academic planning and undertake additional school responsibilities as required.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Physics from a recognized university.
  • B.Ed. qualification from a recognized institution.
  • 2+ years of teaching experience, preferably in CBSE Senior Secondary classes.
  • Strong understanding of the CBSE Physics curriculum, examination patterns, and laboratory practices.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex Physics concepts through engaging and application-based teaching methods.
  • Experience preparing students for Board examinations and competitive entrance exams is an advantage.
  • Excellent classroom management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology, digital teaching platforms, and interactive learning tools.
  • Passion for mentoring students and nurturing scientific curiosity and academic excellence.
