Plans and monitors construction projects, including estimates, bills of quantities, rate analysis, schedules, procurement, labor and material requirements, billing coordination, cost control, vendor comparisons, purchase and work orders, progress reporting, and management dashboards. Tracks actual progress against baseline schedules, monitors long-lead items, coordinates payment requirements, and consolidates site updates for headquarters and senior management.
We are seeking an experienced construction professional responsible for project planning, estimation, billing coordination, procurement support, and progress tracking. The role requires strong expertise in construction ERP systems, cost control, scheduling, and reporting to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Requirements
- B.E with 10 Years of experience or DCE with 14 Years of experience in the Construction Industry with Construction Companies or Real Estate
- Well-versed in using construction ERP
- Able to prepare a bill of quantities from the drawings
- Able to prepare Rate analysis and Estimate
- Preparation of the Master Construction schedule, listing our material requirements, and preparing labor requirements to complete the work as per the master schedule
- Collecting labour strength and progress of works from Site engineers and sending combined Daily Labour Report and Daily Progress Report to the Head office.
- Sending enquiries to Vendors to get quotes, discussing with vendors on technical points, and preparing comparative statements.
- Preparation of Work orders and Purchase orders
- Checking the weekly labour bill received from the site Engineers and sending the certified bills to the head office, requesting payment
- Preparing monthly /fortnightly weekly labour payment, material payment requirement based on the monthly /fortnightly planning
- Preparing a long lead item schedule and tracking
- Sending Daily /weekly/monthly progress reports and tracking progress against the master construction schedule
- Preparing and sending the dashboard report to top management, including Budget Vs Cost Spent, monthly Fund Required, Baseline Schedule vs. Actual, long lead item tracking, etc
