We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade business applications and digital transformation solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Accela, with a proven ability to build scalable solutions that streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.

As a senior member of the technology team, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design robust solutions, and implement secure, high-performing applications. You will also play a key role in defining best practices, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring successful project delivery across multiple initiatives.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Configure, extend, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Integrate Accela with Microsoft technologies and third-party applications to enable seamless business workflows.
  • Develop scalable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
  • Create secure APIs, connectors, and integrations between enterprise platforms.
  • Design solution architecture while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize application performance through troubleshooting, debugging, and continuous enhancements.
  • Implement governance, security, and deployment best practices across Power Platform environments.
  • Participate in solution reviews, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
  • Mentor development teams and promote development standards, documentation, and coding best practices.
  • Support production environments by resolving complex technical issues and ensuring system reliability.
Required SkillsMust-Have Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Accela implementation, customization, and integration.
  • Extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and configuration.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including enterprise application development and workflow automation.
  • Experience designing scalable enterprise solutions and integrating multiple business applications.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience with data migration, system modernization, and platform upgrades.
  • Knowledge of security models, authentication, and role-based access within Microsoft ecosystems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Good-to-Have Skills
  • Experience developing applications using Power Apps.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Azure services, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 10–14 years of professional software development experience with significant exposure to Microsoft enterprise technologies.
  • Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Azure are highly desirable.
