Global Spares Supply (GSS) provides all the spares, tools and field support that are needed to perform maintenance that exceeds our customer's expectations. Cost effectively and on-time.

• Quality spare parts for Elevators, Escalators and Automatic Building Doors
• KONE parts, commercial parts, strategic parts & competitor parts
• Tools, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and working clothes
• Supply Chain solutions and delivery management.

We are seeking this role to provide technical assistance to field teams and support on the lifecycle of elevator, escalator, and building door products. This role combines hands-on technical knowledge with digital tools and data management to drive efficiency, ensure material data quality, and deliver high-quality spare technical solutions across global operations.

• Develop and maintain pricing processes models and applications.
• Analyze pricing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Ensure that pricing is aligned.
• Utilize pricing tools, software, and methodologies to support data-driven pricing decisions.
• To handle quality feedback, providing feasible solutions.
• Manage change requests and coordinate with internal and external teams.
   

• Strong knowledge of SAP
• Familiarity with Elevator, Escalator and Building Door products
• Proficiency in O365, SharePoint.
• Effective communication in English and ability to work independently
• Understanding of supply chain, materials and master data.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent proficiency in using pricing software and tools.
• Knowledge of market dynamics, competitors, and industry trends.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with complex data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to pricing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics
• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Technically detail-oriented, and solution-focused
• Capable of working in a cross-functional, global team environment
• Self-driven, adaptable, and proactive in solving technical challenges
