Pricing Operations Manager

As Pricing Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in the pricing of FE fundinfo products & services. You will oversee all operational pricing activities and will line manage a Pricing Analyst who will support in the execution of these activities. As a key member of our Pricing team, you will input into and be involved in all aspect of pricing at FE fundinfo. 

You will cover the full pricing lifecycle, from working with Product & Finance on defining how to price products, to working with Commercial to track pricing outcomes. As Pricing Operations Manager you will take the lead on identifying, prioritising and delivering improvements to process & systems and tools that support pricing activities.  

Reporting to the Pricing Transformation Lead and with their support, the Pricing Operations Manager will spearhead the annual price review project—a key strategic objective for the business. This role involves managing the project on a day-to-day basis and presenting updates to C-level executives.

Your key responsibilities as a Pricing Operations Manager will be to:

• Responsible for all pricing operations, including pricing model development, rate setting, competitive analysis, and pricing governance

• Identify, prioritise & deliver improvements to pricing processes, systems & tools 

• Lead the price review project, presenting regular update to C-level executives 

• Input into the overall strategic approach to pricing at FE fundinfo 

• Own and oversee the maintenance of the price list 

• Manage, mentor, and develop a Pricing Analyst, providing guidance on pricing strategies, analytical methodologies, and professional growth.

• To adhere to all general security responsibilities as documented in the company security policy 

To join us as a Pricing Operations Manager you will need the following experience and skills:

• You will have at least 7+ years experience of working within pricing, finance or operations 
• You must have experience and be familiar with using Salesforce and it's related products.

• You will have a strong understanding of SaaS/Subscription pricing models 

• You must have successfully led & delivered complex projects 

• You will have managed and developed team members 

• You will have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English 

• You will be highly quantitative with advanced Excel skills
